TRIG RESOURCES please any online lessons teaching trig(radians, functions of theta, etc.)?
My precal teacher is literally the worst in this world. I cannot find any lessons on google describing this particular concept. I literally cannot do the homework because I do not know what to do. Here's a sample problem Evaluate without using a calculator by using ratios in a reference triangle sin 13pi 6 . Tan 15pi 4 Or how do I find 11pi 2 to evaluate the functions sin,cos,tan for that angle or radian ? I understand how to convert radian to an angle, but how can I CONVERT that 11pi 2 to a radian I can find on a reference circle? see below I saw that cos 7pi 3 cos pi 3 but I have no idea how that works or how it's possible. Could anyone explain how this works out or provide a link that explains so?If anyone understands what I'm asking, please give me a resource or explain yourself how to do this. I'm desperate because I love math and now I can't do it, and the damn math book doesn't even explain what a radian is clearly, at least. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What is the best Urdu teaching software to use for a beginner who wants to become fluent in Urdu?
Hello I am 15 and I really want to learn Urdu. My Dad is Pakistany and my mom is American i live with my dad but i never learned Urdu which is what his and all his family's native language is. I really want to learn it because i feel like i am not excepted. It has been bugging me all my life so i really want to be able to learn it so i know what everyone is always saying because whenever i am home they speak Urdu and i never know what is going on. Also don't say to just listen to them and have them talk to me in Urdu to teach me because it doesn't work. My family have done that since i was a little kid but i never was able to understand them so they eventually just stopped. So please can you recommend a really good software i can get to teach me Urdu. I already know about Rosetta Stone but it is way to expensive for me so something other than that please thank you.

Hello. I am a science teacher, with 10 years experience, who will have to teach maths for the first time ever next Wednesday to year 7.How would you set out the answer to the following question?Our feet produce approximately 100 litres of sweat a year. Approximately how many millilitres of sweat do your feet produce every day?Perhaps I need to clarify what I'm asking. I'm not asking for the answer, or even how to work out the answer, but how a year 7 students should show his or her working. It's not enough to simply write down an answer without showing how you got it.

Should I teach at a "high need" school?
I am a graduate student and I have just been accepted to a Teach for America type teaching residency program for English. I'll be teaching in a " high need" area. I am currently an office manager and am quite comfortable successful in my position. I am bored in my position, though, and want to move to a more meaningful career path that is relevant to my MA program. I am highly motivated and ready for the challenge but I can't help but to feel a little intimidated. Does teaching in a " high need" school allow for one to have time for graduate studies and some semblance of a life?
